Most likely of the upscale variety, if one can still read books by their cover in the Kindle age. I'm confused by that threesome - baked goods, sandwiches and grocery. If it's not a bodega, then it must be more like the old Green Grape's Provisions or Larder, right? The space isn't big enough for a Union Market. I'm still looking for someone with the balls to open a hair cutting AND sandwich shop. And auto parts.
