J'Ouvert and West Indian Day Parade Street Closures on September 3 & 4
On Monday, September 4, 2017 from 6 am to 7 pm, J'Ouvert and the West Indian Day Parade will occur along Flatbush Avenue and Eastern Parkway. The celebration and parade will draw more than 150,000 participants and there will be amplified sound along the parade route.
